The need of sharing scientific data and information concerning emerging pollutants in surface water in East and Southeast Asia urgents us to set up this website (http://depscaproject.com).
This website is set-up with the support of the present DEPSCA project (CRRP2019-10MY-LE) which is funded by the Asia Pacific Network for Global Change Research (APN) (https://www.apn-gcr.org/).
The website comprises several windows such as the background, the objectives, the different scientific activities, and the results relating to the present project. We have also added some information concerning the contacts and links of the partners who have joined and funded the project as well as the portal for registered users.
All major collaborations of the present project have tried to update all possible information and data relating to water quality variables, especially emerging pollutants in surface water in different large cities in East and Southeast Asia.
The website is also the playground and sharing room for the researchers who want to publicize their scientific researches and data regarding the emerging pollutants in surface water in East and Southeast Asia. This website is also opened as a public forum where scientists could exchange their knowledge and data of emerging pollutants for East and Southeast Asian regions.
This website provides to the public some selected dataset of water quality, especially emerging pollutants in surface water in East and Southeast Asia. In addition, some information concerning the toxicity of some emerging pollutants could be given for local people in East and Southeast Asian regions.
